Pulp tableware pulping process

In order to improve the strength and other properties of pulp tableware, we use short-fiber pulp such as imported sugar cane pulp as the main raw material, and mix it with related auxiliary materials according to a certain degree of pulping and a certain concentration to form a pulp tableware raw material slurry. The preparation process of the raw material slurry is firstly a foaming slurry, and then the raw material is broken by a hydro-turbine beater to saponify the fiber to increase the fiber binding ability. During this period, it is necessary to add relevant excipients in order to improve the high temperature and water resistance of the formed pulp tableware. Finally, the concentration of the puree is adjusted horizontally to about 2% so that the puree is dehydrated and formed on the net mold.
